1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the "Cast to TV: Screen Mirroring" mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by S2SOFT INFOTECH LLP ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The App provides screen mirroring and media casting services, allowing users to cast their smartphone screen, local photos, videos, live camera feed, and web media to compatible Smart TVs and receivers over a local Wi-Fi network using protocols such as DLNA, UPnP, AirPlay, and WebRTC.
3. LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-commercial license to use the App. You agree NOT to:
* Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unintended purpose.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
* Attempt to bypass any DRM (Digital Rights Management) or copy-protection mechanisms of third-party streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video). The App is strictly for casting local media, unprotected web videos, and personal screen sharing.
* Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers and networks connected to it.
4. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
The App may offer premium features or subscriptions via In-App Purchases.
* Payments: All payments are processed and managed securely by the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
* Cancellations and Refunds: Subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests must be handled directly through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings. We do not process refunds directly.

5. USER PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
The App integrates third-party services for advertising, analytics, and performance tracking (including Google AdMob and Firebase). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. The App may also allow you to browse and cast third-party web content; you access such content at your own risk.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The quality and performance of the screen mirroring and casting functions depend entirely on your local Wi-Fi network speed, device hardware, and TV compatibility. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S2SOFT INFOTECH LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:
* Your use or inability to use the App.
* Any unauthorized access to or use of our services.
* The failure of the App to connect to or correctly display on your third-party television or hardware.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
